Below is a selection of feedback we've received previously from children, families, and schools we've worked with. We receive many of our referrals from word-of-mouth and recommendations from those we've supported previously.
We’ve always found the reports to be incredibly thorough, offering detailed insights that are invaluable in supporting the families we work with. The level of clarity and depth provided helps us to better understand each child’s needs and tailor our approach accordingly. We also feel confident knowing that should we need any further support or clarification, you are always approachable and responsive, which makes a real difference in ensuring that we can provide the best outcomes for the families in our care.

We highly recommend Sphere. All the staff were kind, considerate, professional and made us and our children feel welcome, relaxed, safe and comfortable. The whole process can be very emotionally tiring, but Dr Pross' approach was gentle and reassuring, we were never made to feel the diagnosis was a bad thing. We were worried about how our children would cope with the tests but Alison, Hayley and Kristina were wonderful with them, so much so that they wanted to go back!
It was especially reassuring to know that medication wasn't a first port of call to treat ADHD, and that Occupational Therapy was advised in the first instance. We came away feeling that our children's diagnosis wasn't something to fix, but to be celebrated and worked WITH rather than against.

I was very nervous entering because of a fear of my child's symptoms being misunderstood however the staff were amazing and reassuring, they listened to what we had to say. They made my child very confident and comfortable. The service received was astounding and hours flew by. The Sphere Centre was excellent from start to finish. The assessment process was thorough and the professionals that work within the team were incredible. The report after the assessment was very in-depth and made referrals to other professionals post-assessment easier for us as parents, as there was so much detail within the report. We have already passed on our recommendations to others.

From my initial contact with Sphere, I felt at ease. The communication was prompt and detailed. Mike answered all of my many questions and worked within our schedules to make everything work. The team during and after the assessment were spectacular. I wasn't sure what to expect and all of the practitioners were professional and kind. They put both my son and I at ease from the moment we walked in. My son enjoyed his time at Sphere so much that he said he wishes he could visit everyone again!
Some of the questions (for me) were tough, but there was never any point where I felt uneasy answering. The post assessment was very helpful, too, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I'd happily recommend Sphere to others - and actually did soon after without hesitation.

Thank you again for all your support. I really can see T’s progress - today we went for a hair cut and I saw T playing and talking to two other boys and it brought tears to my eyes to see him being able to express himself and find ways in which to communicate with others and be happy. This in turn made me think of all the ways in which you have taught us to communicate with him and to help him to learn how to communicate. Your support has been invaluable for us!!

Firstly, we are so grateful to all of you - Mike, Hayley, Alison and Proscovia - for being so supportive, welcoming, approachable and professional. You have all made this whole process so seamless and stress free from start to finish. We can't thank you enough! Mike, from the moment you picked up the phone for the first time I knew we had found the right place!​
Secondly, we know you saw R being her true self during the assessments! That happened because you were all so kind and lovely - and no doubt also because you are all so professional and very good at what you do. I can't tell you the relief I felt about that. We felt we could place ourselves in your hands with confidence. The assessments are somehow very exposing, but at no point did we feel any sense of judgement or discomfort. R genuinely really enjoyed meeting all of you and being able to be herself! Thank you for the way you treated her.
Finally, the letter you have sent to R is just right. It is so affirming and positive. I'm not sure I can exactly describe how she feels, but it is good. She just feels able to move forwards positively, and has been able to tell some important people in her life about her diagnosis already.
We of course can't tell what the future holds or what challenges it will bring, but I feel a great sense of hope that we will be able to support R better as she grows up, now that we have this understanding.
