FEES and Payments
Please find the prices for our assessments below. When you make a referral, our clinical team will always screen this without charge, to ensure our we are the right service to support you and your family.
In all cases, we ask for a deposit of £250 to be paid at the time of booking, which secures your appointment date. The remainder of the assessment fee is then due no later than 7 days before your first appointment.
Where more than one assessment is undertaken (for example, if you have an ASD assessment and then also have an ADHD assessment), we are able to offer a discount of £200 on subsequent assessments.
Assessment Fees
The fee for an Autism Assessment is £2,650. This includes the sending and scoring of all questionnaires, an ADOS assessment with your child, a General Developmental history with parents, a feedback session with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to confirm the assessment outcome and recommendations, and a comprehensive report outlining the assessment process, any diagnosis given, and suggested support.
There are two parts to an ADHD Assessment, and we offer the choice of booking these separately, or booked both together at a discounted rate.
The initial screening, which includes the QbCheck and sending of a number of questionnaires to parents and school to gather information. The fee for this is £350.
Following this, a General Developmental Assessment will be undertaken by our Consultant Community Paediatrician, and additional ADHD-specific questionnaires will be sent to parents, school, and (where appropriate) to the young person themselves to complete. This assessment costs £1,050.
If both parts of the assessment are booked together, we are able to offer a £100 discount, bringing the overall fee down to £1,300.
We offer a standalone General Developmental Assessment appointment, where further investigation into your child's strengths and needs is appropriate to determine where they need support and which other assessments and investigations may be beneficial. The fee for this assessment is £800, which includes sending and review of a number of questionnaires, in-depth interview and a physical assessment/observation with our Consultant Community Paediatrician, and a detailed report following this to confirm everything discussed.
School Observations
In some cases, following an assessment, an in-person School Observation may be recommended to gather additional information to support the assessment. The specific reason for the observation will determine which members of the clinical team are best-placed to carry this out, and as such, these will be costed on an individual basis depending on need, as well as on travel time based on the location of the nursery, school, or college.
